As a licensed dayhome provider in Royal Oak NW, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth.
Zahra’s approach is deeply rooted in play-based learning and aligns with Alberta’s FLIGHT Framework, where children are viewed as capable, curious, and full of potential. She is currently advancing her professional development toward higher ECE certification, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and leadership in early childhood education.
At Bloom & Grow Dayhome, each child is valued as an individual. Daily programming includes a balance of structured and open-ended activities such as fine motor development (art, crafts, early writing skills), outdoor exploration to build gross motor strength, and engaging learning experiences that encourage creativity and problem-solving. Children benefit from a calm, consistent routine that supports smooth transitions and emotional security.
Nutritious, home-prepared meals and snacks are provided to promote healthy growth and well-being. Monthly themes, storytelling, music, and cultural celebrations enrich the program and create a joyful, inclusive environment where children feel a sense of belonging.
Zahra is known for her strong relationships with families, clear communication, and her ability to create a warm, welcoming space where children quickly feel at home—often adjusting within just a few days.
Her goal is to create a meaningful early childhood experience where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn every day.

Activities / Special Programs:
At Bloom & Grow Dayhome, I offer a thoughtfully designed early learning experience that blends the warmth of home care with the quality and intention of a professional early childhood program.
I provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where each child is supported to grow with confidence. My program is inspired by Alberta’s FLIGHT Framework, emphasizing play-based learning, meaningful relationships, and responsive, child-led experiences.
The Bloom & Grow Early Learning Program includes a rich variety of activities such as creative arts, sensory and discovery play, early literacy and numeracy, music and movement, and daily outdoor exploration. Activities are guided by children’s interests to foster curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our day follows a balanced and predictable rhythm that supports both learning and comfort, while also promoting healthy eating habits:
• Morning Welcome & Breakfast – A gentle start to the day with a nutritious breakfast, helping children settle in, connect, and prepare for the day ahead
• Free Play & Social Connection – Exploration, peer interaction, and independent play
• Circle Time – Songs, stories, language development, and group bonding
• Morning Snack – Healthy snack to keep children energized
• Learning Invitations – Planned activities (art, sensory, early learning, fine motor) based on children’s interests
• Outdoor Play – Daily fresh air, physical activity, and nature exploration
• Lunch Time – Balanced, home-style meal encouraging independence and positive mealtime routines
• Quiet / Rest Time – Time to rest, recharge, and support self-regulation
