We are so happy to share the highlights of our 2026 Annual Inner Garden Educators’ Conference, held in June — a special evening where our Inner Garden family came together again 💚😊

The event was filled with learning, collaboration, appreciation, and joyful connections among our educators.

♥️ Connecting Through Our Core Values

One of the most exciting parts of the evening was our team-building activity, each table worked together as a team and received a set of letter cards. By working together, sharing ideas, and encouraging one another, they arranged the letters into meaningful words and phrases that reflected our IG Core Values, such as "Respect," "Be the Bright Light," and "Love • Respect • Teamwork."

At the end of the activity, every team proudly read their message aloud together, filling the room with smiles, laughter, applause, and positive energy. More than just a fun game, it was a meaningful reminder that our Core Values come to life through teamwork, communication, and the support we show one another every day.

🎤 Learning From Each Other, Growing Together

Educator Sharing has always been one of the most meaningful parts of the Annual Conference.

Several educators shared real experiences from their dayhomes, including how they build trust with families, support children’s development, design engaging learning environments, and grow through everyday challenges. Our Director also shared a warm and encouraging message.

Each story came from real daily practice, showing that every educator has valuable experiences worth learning from.

🏆 Honouring Every Bright Light

This year, educators and staff members were recognized for their dedication, professionalism, patience, and positive impact on children, families, and the team.

As award recipients walked on stage, the room filled with warm and enthusiastic applause.

Congratulations to all award recipients, and thank you for continuing to inspire everyone around you.

Each awardee also received a specially prepared gift package, including a custom lamp, name card, certificate, and flowers — a small token of appreciation for their bright contribution.
