"Hello everyone, my name is Talat and I welcome you to Sparkling Stars Dayhome. I opened my dayhome in 2021 with the goal of creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and confident. I am a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator who is very committed to providing high-quality care and meaningful early learning experiences for every child in my program.

My philosophy is rooted in learning through play and building strong, respectful relationships with children and families. I offer a balanced daily routine that supports social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Children engage in creative art activities, imaginative role play, fine motor experiences, and daily outdoor play that encourages teamwork and physical growth. I also incorporate sensory activities such as water and sand play to promote exploration and problem-solving skills.

I believe every child is capable and unique, and I strive to create an organized, caring environment where children can build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. I value open communication with families and have received positive feedback from parents and agency representatives regarding the warm atmosphere and engaging experiences provided in my home."
